Hot Yoga

EVERY SATURDAY @ 9:30AM and every Tuesday at 7:15 at Latitude Sports Club - Methuen• 60 MINUTES

In this hot strong power flow, I will guide you through a slow meditation, a warm up, and then vinyasa. The room is only heated to about 80 degrees, warming the muscles, but still allowing the fire to build from within. The flow is suitable for all-levels, as it builds a strong foundation and works into the poses. This is perfect for students just beginning their yoga practice or seasoned yogis. I finish every class with a guided Savasana with an adjustment using essential oils for maximum relaxation. The class is free to Latitude members or the cost of a drop in is 15$. For those without gym memberships, my class is available on a walk in basis, and all are welcome.

Vinyasa core flow

EVERY MONDAY @ 9:00AM Latitude Sports Club - Methuen• 60 MINUTES

In this strong flow, I will guide you through a slow meditation, a core warm up, and then we will flow linking breath to movement. The room warm to assist the muscles into deeper poses, but still allowing the fire to build from within. The flow is suitable for all-levels, as it builds a strong foundation and works into the poses. The core work is integrated into the flow and is present throughout the class. This core flow is meant to help students reach greater alignment and stability in their practice while building strength. This is perfect for students just beginning their yoga practice or seasoned yogis. I finish every class with a guided Savasana with an adjustment using essential oils for maximum relaxation. The class is free to Latitude members or the cost of a drop in is 15$. For those without gym memberships, my class is available on a walk in basis, and all are welcome.

 

Private Yoga in person or via Skype

EVERY DAY @ varying times • 1/2 hour - 2 hours
